Delivery Information

We deliver twice a day to anywhere in the metro area. Funktionart is a member of Interflora Australia and the Petals network and are able to send flowers across Australia and throughout the world at a day's notice! When you create an order the delivery fee will be calculated.

Please note Public Holiday and Sunday deliveries are by pre-arrangement only and must be made in advance of the delivery date. For International and National Deliveries please contact us via telephone to arrange delivery.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we deliver flowers and gift baskets to all major Perth hospital's including St John of God Subiaco, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Hollywood Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital, Royal Perth Rehabilitation Hospital - Shenton Park, St John of God Murdoch, The Mount Hospital and Mercy Hospital.

Ordering and Deliveries Placing and Accepting Orders

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. Funktionart is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product. Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the same day. Same day delivery may be possible for later orders, but will required confirmation by a staff member.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. 

Deliveries

Delivery fees will be confirmed after the order has been placed based on the delivery address provided.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-sending may result in addition costs to you.

If the recipient of the arrangement is not at home to accept the delivery our driver will use their discretion as to whether the arrangement can be left safely. If the delivery is not made an additional delivery fee will be charged.

You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
